Malanka provides business-to-business digital services, including SEO strategy, link building, outreach and PR, IT consultancy, and content writing. The Website is informational. Services are provided exclusively under individual service agreements, statements of work, or accepted invoices concluded separately with each client ("Service Agreements"). If these Terms conflict with a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails for the services it covers.
The Website and our services are intended for businesses and professionals. By using them, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and, where acting for a company, authorised to bind it.
Use of the Website is free. Fees for services are agreed individually in the applicable Service Agreement and are payable against invoices issued by Malanka. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable per the terms stated on the invoice. We may accept payment by bank transfer or, where expressly stated on the invoice, in specified digital assets (such as stablecoins); the invoice governs the accepted payment method, currency, and settlement details. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are the client's responsibility where required by law.
The Website and its content — including the Malanka name, logo, design, and text — belong to Malanka or its licensors. You may use the Website for its intended informational purpose; no other rights are granted. Rights in deliverables produced for clients are governed by the applicable Service Agreement.
You agree not to use the Website to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the Website's operation.
Search rankings, organic traffic, media coverage, and similar outcomes depend on factors outside anyone's control, including search-engine algorithms, editorial decisions of publishers, and competitor activity. Except as expressly stated in a Service Agreement, we do not guarantee specific rankings, placements, traffic, or business results, and nothing on the Website constitutes such a guarantee.
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malanka is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Website. Our total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed HKD 1,000. Liability under a Service Agreement is governed by that agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify Malanka against claims and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website. The Website may link to third-party sites whose content and practices we do not control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless a Service Agreement between you and Malanka provides otherwise.
